Terms & Conditions of Service
By using Crystal Clean Cleaning Company’s Wash & Fold Laundry Service, you acknowledge that all items submitted are suitable for standard machine washing in water on a normal cycle and tumble drying. Crystal Clean is not responsible for damage to items that are not designed for this standard laundering process or that have not been identified as requiring special care.
By submitting laundry for service, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Crystal Clean is not responsible for laundry before pickup or after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their laundry is safe during those times.
Pickup occurs between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Delivery occurs between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the scheduled return date.
We cannot guarantee exact times. If access is unavailable during those windows, Crystal Clean is not responsible for missed or delayed service.
By enrolling in a monthly Wash & Fold subscription, you agree that all submitted items are suitable for standard machine washing and tumble drying.
Accepted household items include:
Each subscription includes a monthly pound limit. Any pounds exceeding the plan limit are billed at $3.00 per pound and charged on the renewal date.
Example:
A Silver Plan includes 120 lbs per month. If a customer submits 125 lbs in one month, the additional 5 lbs will be billed at $3.00 per pound.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
Unused pounds do not roll over to the next month.
Customers may submit additional household items outside of their plan; these will be billed per piece at delivery.
To cancel a subscription, customers must submit a request via:
Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date and must include:
A cancellation is not valid until confirmation is received from Crystal Clean.
If a payment method is declined on a renewal date, the subscription will be automatically canceled. The customer is responsible for updating their payment information and contacting Crystal Clean. This may also cancel any recurring pickups.
Crystal Clean does not follow individual care labels and processes laundry by the load, not by the piece. We cannot verify possession of individual items.
Crystal Clean is not responsible for:
Missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to locate missing items.
We do not accept items contaminated with:
